168Solution in collaboration with Intelix and Health Ministry (Kemkes), held a seminar on 14 May 2013 at Gran Melia Hotel, Jakarta.

The seminar raised the topic of “OptimizingCustomer Service SystemtoProvidethe best response to the Community” which attended by most health provider/hospital in Indonesia around 170 participants. The keynote speakers Ms. Dyah from Halo Kemkes spoke on Halo Kemkes roles in improving public services, while Ms. Grace Heny elaborates on Optimizing Contact Center Services of Technology, Features, and Operational aspects.
